Soulful & Still Massage is located within Heart of Healing Wellness Centre at #102, 21 Elizabeth Street in Okotoks, Alberta.
The clinic is situated on the upper floor of the building, creating a quiet and welcoming space for your treatment. Please note that access to the clinic requires the use of stairs, as the building does not have an elevator. At this time, the clinic is not wheelchair accessible.

Your treatment will begin with a brief assessment and discussion of your health history, concerns, and goals. Based on your needs, a variety of techniques and pressure levels may be used to create a personalized treatment plan. -
Therapeutic massage does not need to be painful to be effective. Pressure can be adjusted throughout the treatment to ensure you remain comfortable while achieving the desired therapeutic outcome. Open communication is always encouraged. -
You may feel relaxed, energized, or experience mild soreness similar to what you might feel after exercise. This is a normal response and typically resolves within 24–48 hours. Staying hydrated and incorporating gentle movement can support your recovery. -
Direct billing will be available soon for most private insurance providers.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows),may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the scheduled treatment cost.
I understand that unexpected situations and emergencies can arise. If you need to cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, please reach out as soon as possible, and accommodations may be made at my discretion.

Clients are welcome to undress to their comfort level for their massage treatment. Some clients choose to remain fully clothed, while others may undress partially or completely. There is no expectation to remove any clothing you are not comfortable removing.
Your comfort, privacy, and consent are always a priority. Throughout the treatment, you will be professionally draped with a sheet and blanket, and only the area being treated will be uncovered.
